From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by friendly staff, seated quickly and immediately offered something to drink. The menu has it all and the food comes out FAST! We actually got to meet the owners too! Aaron & Kelly were so personable, friendly and fun! You can definitely feel their passion and all the hardwork and love they’ve put into this place! We all left that night with full bellies, lots of laughs and happy hearts. We had such a great experience, we came back for Brunch the following day. We had a super sweet waiter “Taj” who helped us navigate the menu and select the best options! The cinnamon rolls, the breakfast tacos, the crack bacon, the Benedict, the avocado toast...just ALL of it! We were STUFFED. Hands Down the BEST restaurant in Breck! The fried calamari was super crispy and packed with flavor, especially with that awesome sauce we couldn’t stop dipping into. The lobster stack was out of this world, loaded with juicy lobster and paired with these toasted pieces of bread that were perfect for scooping up every delicious bite. The tacos were a huge hit, with the carne asada skirt steak and shrimp ones stealing the show, just bursting with bold, fresh flavors. The bone in pork chop was cooked just right, paired with sweet potato puree and crispy kale that felt fancy yet super cozy. “ I visited Colorado with my boyfriend from New york and we went here for brunch! Cassandra M was our waitress and she was amazing. She gave us all the right recommendations and was very nice and efficient! She recommended the lobster stack to start and it did not disappoint.The amount of lobster chunks in that starter was so generous and tasty!! I ordered the pork belly Benedict and it was to die for and the pork was so juicy and easy to cut through like butter. My boyfriend got the breakfast tacos and loved those as well.
